Galaxy Tab S8 with Snapdragon 898 Geekbench listing leaked

Samsung has still few months in hands before the launch of the Galaxy Tab S8 series.

Now we have a Geekbench listing thanks to WCFTech, showing us the model number SM-X808U.

The Tab S8 series will feature a Snapdragon 898, it will have a Primary Cortex-X2 core clocked at 3GHz, three high performance Cortex A-710 cores running at 2.5GHz, and four high efficiency Cortex A-510 more clocked at 1.9GHz.

Now the score, the Galaxy Tab S8 scored 1,211 points in single-core test, and a 3,193 points in the multi-core tests. Which if you can’t be able to compare with anything, iPad Air 4 scores look like this over 1500 in single core tests and over 4100 in multi core tests. But then again you have to keep in mind neither of tablets have any such intensive capabilities to take advantage of the peak performance but still you need to know. But I’m not here comparing these two tabs right here.

Now if you look at the Tab S7 scores, it look like this, around 970 in single core tests and around 3200 in multi-core tests.

There's also a possibility that we'll see an Exynos 2200 with AMD GPU powering the device in some markets. But it’s more of an expectation. But all of these will tabs will come with 5G Cellular models. We have already seen the designs of both the tab S8 and much hyped Tab s8 Ultra.

When can you expect them? the Galaxy Tab S8 series might be unveiled right alongside the Galaxy S22 family on February 8th, 2022. More leaks will clear things up. I will keep you guys updated.
