We have to wait for few months for the Galaxy S22 series official release at the beginning of 2022, A Chinese 3C certification listing reveals their battery capacities, thanks to SamMobile.

In the of the certification, we have two models listed, the Galaxy S22+ and The Galaxy S22 Ultra. The EB-BS906ABY for the Galaxy S22 Plus' battery and EB-BS908ABY for the Galaxy S22 Ultra's.

We can see their rated battery capacities: 4,370mAh for the S22+, which will be marketed as 4,500mAh, and 4,855mAh rated capacity which will be marketed as 5,000mAh for the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

Other than that It is expected to keep the same display size as its predecessor, the Galaxy S21 Ultra, 6.81” QHD+ LTPO panel with 120Hz variable refresh rate support.

All the three Galaxy S22 series phones will be powered the Snapdragon 898, and probably, the Exynos 2200 chip with AMD GPU.
