The Galaxy S21 is the top dog of any galaxy slab smartphones, and it will be replaced by the Galaxy S22 lineup in the coming 6-7 months, judging by the past probably in January 2022. The upcoming series is also expected to have three models, and now the display sizes of these three have now been revealed.
To be honest The information is a little bit conflicting, maybe because of different ways of measuring it. But, both sources reveal that only the Galaxy S22 Ultra will feature the LTPO backplane for its OLED display.
According to one source, the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra will feature 6.1 inches, 6.5-6.6 inches, and 6.8 inches display, respectively.
The other source however suggests that the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra displays will measure 6.06, 6.55, and 6.81 inches, respectively.
So the difference between their claims are not too far apart from each other.
So more like this years lineup the pricier the model gets, the bigger the display it offers. Either way, the base Galaxy S22 variant and the Galaxy S22+ appear to have slightly smaller displays compared to the Galaxy S21 and Galaxy S21+, while the Galaxy S22 Ultra will keep 6.8-inch diagonal size.
No other display specifications got revealed by the sources, but the under display selfie camera might come to the S22 Ultra or might not. But it is pretty heavily rumoured that the galaxy Z Fold 3 will feature the under display selfie camera at least in the indies display..
