Galaxy S22 series with Exynos 2200 (AMD) might be rare to find: report

Now it's time for us to talk about Samsung Galaxy S22 rumors. The most exciting thing as of now about the next Galaxy S flagship series is the AMD-powered Exynos 2200 chipset.

According to Tron, only a few regions will get Samsung's chipset, the Snapdragon 898 is expected to be the SoC found in most markets.

It’s because of low yield and mass production issues.

Reports have already saying that the processor is as good as the A14 Bionic chip that powers Apple's iPhone 12 series. So now that it will be hard to get the an Galaxy s22 model with Exynos 2200, is kinda disappointing.

But he has also revealed some specs of the s22 series as well, like the Galaxy S22 is said to feature a 6.06-inch screen, the Galaxy S22+ is expected to sport a 6.55-inch panel & The Galaxy S22 Ultra, on the other hand, is going to have a 6.81-inch LTPO display. For reference the Galaxy S21 Ultra has 6.8-inch panel. So it will have a similar footprint.

In terms of battery, the series is expected to feature 3,800mAh, 4,600mAh, and 5,000mAh cells respectively which will not make them any different from the current models in terms of day to day battery life. The new series will have the same design as the current models & will also come in the same RAM and storage configurations.

Now talking about cameras, the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+ are expected to sport triple camera setup that’s includes a 50-megapixel wide main camera, a 12-megapixel telephoto camera, and another 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle snapper.

No member of the Galaxy S22 series is expected to feature any under-panel camera technology which can be found on the latest Galaxy Z Fold 3. We know the reason. It’s not good enough to replace traditional ones.

The Galaxy S22 ultra will have the latest 108mp sensor as main camera and a 12 ultra wide, two 12MP telephoto cameras.

Will it be a big upgrade? probably not.

But then again its really early to judge anyway. Cause other brands are putting a lot of pressure on Samsung nowadays, so they will Definitely do something more to attract customers.
