Galaxy Z Fold 3’s Camera Sensor’s Details leaked
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 will be an huge upgrade over the Z fold 2, that includes a thinner and lighter design, a faster processor, IP rating, Under Display Selfie Camera and S Pen compatibility. The camera setup at the back isn’t amazing at least one paper.
According to tipster @FrontTron, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will feature a 12MP+12MP+12MP triple-camera setup on the rear. Its primary camera reportedly uses the Sony IMX555 (1/1.76-inch) sensor with dual-PDAF.
The 12MP telephoto camera uses Samsung’s own ISOCELL 3M5 (1/3.6-inch) sensor with a 2x zoom lens and PDAF. The 12MP ultrawide camera uses the ISOCELL 3L6 (1/3.2-inch) sensor with PDAF. It will also work as a macro camera, much like the S21 Ultra.
The Galaxy Z Fold 3 will feature two different selfie cameras: a 10MP camera (Sony IMX374 1/3.2-inch) on the cover display and a 16MP under-display camera (Sony IMX471 1/3.09-inch), I’m dying to see Samsung’s implementation. Bothe this selfie camera will most likely lack autofocus but not 4K 60fps video recording.
