Some Samsung Galaxy A and M series users facing a mysterious problem

Samsung's mid-range Galaxy A series handsets and budget M range smartphones have been affected that freezes the phones and restart automatically, reports SamMobile.

The affected phone are Galaxy M30s, Galaxy M31, Galaxy M31s, Galaxy A50, Galaxy A50s, and Galaxy A51. The worst part is it can put the devices in a boot loop. This has been going on for a couple of months and the Indian only models have been affected.

Samsung hasn't issued any repair programme. Samsung service centers asking affected users to replace their motherboard, which can costs around $100( 7000-8000rs ). Fun fact all these phones are powered by Samsung's own Exynos chips.

It can be just a software bug which can be resolved by a simple update. But at this moment users have no other options other than waiting for a offcial reply from Samsung cause even Factory Reset isnt working.
