Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra Real life photos and launch date leaked

These are the first real-life images of the most anticipated Galaxy flagship of recent times, the Galaxy S22 Ultra courtesy of Front Page Tech's Jon Prosser.

The first Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra render showed us the biggest thing we wanted to know, the Note design. But that concept had a P-shaped camera bump, which most of us criticized. Then Recently LetsGoDigital published some great looking renders which is almost identical to the real life photos.

Like it or not the water drop camera module design is final. It’s not as great looking as the recent camera bumps of galaxy devices but on the other hand it also makes the phone much more fresh looking anything else. On top of everything else the phone is a little too thick so definitely it doesn’t need the camera bump.

Same like the renders we can see there’s still a slightly curved display at the front which makes it look identical to the last Galaxy Note device from Samsung. All these leaked photos makes it clear that it will have the same classy and boxy Galaxy Note design language.

With all that Galaxy Note DNA inside, this phone will also come with built in S-Pen stylus at the bottom, we can also see that in this photo. This is one of the major reasons why many of us were calling this Galaxy Note 22 Ultra. But for now, we heard that the Galaxy S22 Ultra name is the final name.

Galaxy S22 Ultra: Specs

The phone will feature a 6.8-inch Super AMOLED display with variable refresh support at up to 120Hz, and ultrasonic fingerprint scanner under the display like most flagship galaxy models.

As for the cameras it will come with a 108MP main, 12MP ultra-wide, 10MP telephoto, and a 10MP periscope camera at the rear. A 5,000mAh battery will be powering the device which will support 45Watt fast charging.

As for the chipset it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 in the markets like US and China, while the international version will be powered by the Exynos 2200 chipset with AMD GPU.

Galaxy S22 Series: Dates

Twitter tipster Jon Prosser has already leaked the launch date of the Galaxy S21 FE which is Jan 11, 2022.

Now he has leaked the pre-order date and launch date for the Galaxy S22 Series

Which look like this, Pre-order date is February 8, 2022 and Launch date is February 18, 2022.

This looks like Samsung is going back to the Galaxy S10 days when it comes to launching the Flagship Galaxy S models.
