Samsung's Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G charging capabilities revealed
We have already seen the most of the specs of the Galaxy Z Flip 3. Even the pictures. The upcoming flip phone has reappeared in the 3C database recently, and this time, it was accompanied by a 25W charger. So the Galaxy Z Flip 3 should be capable of at least 25W fast charging, even though recently we saw some leaks hinting at max 15 watt charging.

The 3C document mentions both the EP-TA200 15W charger and the EP-TA800 25 watt charger. That can also mean one thing, that the phone might not ship with a 25W charger in the box, but a 15 watt will be there instead but the phone will support 25 watt fast charging. And Samsung will give customers the option of buying the 25W charger separately.
Going by the past reports, The Galaxy Z Flip 3 is expected to have a dual battery system with a total capacity of 3,300mAh which is same as the OG flip phone. Now because the phone will be powered by the sd888 chipset and will feature a 6.7 inch 120Hz display, I’m little bit concerned about the battery life, which won’t be bad by any means but it will not be great either.
But the upgrade in charging speed will make the life a bit better with this year’s Flip.
Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Z Flip 3 on August 11 at Galaxy Unpacked, this is the same event where Galaxy Z Fold # is coming as well.
