The Note Brand name is finally coming back?

Updated: Dec 12, 2021

In late September, the first Galaxy S22 Ultra renders appeared, it looked nothing like a Galaxy S21 Ultra successor rather a Galaxy Note device. But the name wasn’t confirmed, many thought it would be called Galaxy Note 22 Ultra. Then it was rumoured that it will be named as Galaxy S22 Ultra. But what if I say both of these might be true.

Leaked renders and real-life images of the upcoming highest-end flagship has a boxy look and will offer a dedicated S Pen slot but it will called, not a Galaxy Note 22 or something but a Galaxy S22 Note.

Also there were a rumour saying that the Galaxy S22 Plus would be called the Galaxy S22 Pro, and the base model would be known as the Galaxy S22. Leaker @FrontTron claims that there is no Galaxy S22 Ultra, and we can instead expect a Galaxy S22 Note.

You might not agree but a Note Branding has a different presence of it’s own. So having a Note branding could help Samsung boost sales and do the insane marketing.

As for the specs, Samsung's upcoming flagship phone will offer a 6.8-inches 120Hz LTPO curved display with insanely thin bezels all around and a punch hole, it will come with a 108MP main, 12MP ultra-wide, 10MP telephoto, and a 10MP periscope camera at the rear. A 5,000mAh battery will be powering the device which will support 45Watt fast charging.

As for the chipset it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in the markets like US and China, while the international variant will be powered by the Exynos 2200 chipset with AMD GPU.

The new phones will likely be revealed in February and will cost the same as the predecessors.
